(Don’t worry, that’s not a typo. That’s sarcasm.)
For someone in their 20s, my life is full of experiences both good and bad. However, even with the bad, I have no regrets to the things I’ve done.
Wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy! Whether you start in your early years or later years, we all go through the rite of passage to figure out life. Partying is a phase, or not. All those drunken days gave me high tolerance and taught me how to compose myself in front of my parents as I enter the house at 2-6a.m. #soberface #gamestrong It is not easy to maintain that kind of energy and I salute those you still has fire in them, cause you ain’t sleeping til you’re dead. So party on!
Living young, wild and free! Before reaching the age of 25, I’ve visited over 8 countries, 15 cities in 2 different continents. Traveling on your own gives you the best kind of freedom and at the same time pushes you out of your comfort zone. Being independent also helps you realize what you need in life as support and that sometimes you are allowed to be dependent. The key is to balance it out. What I learned from all the adventures is how much I love my family. I want nothing more than experiencing all the amazing things once again with everyone I love in an amazing family trip.
What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger! Throughout life, you will experience heartache, heartbreaks and difficult times but those are what makes you stronger once you are able to get past it. The only thing I dislike from people who throw themselves a pity-party is that they lack vision in life. You are not the only one with problems and if you understand that, you won’t be so stuck in your situation. Look around you, people are starving, animals are going to extinction, polar bears need their home. Focusing on other things will make your problem much, much, smaller. Trust me!
Say something, I’m giving up on you! Love and relationship isn’t always sweet and rosy. There’re sometimes bullets and thorns. In every situations, there’s a lesson, so if history repeats itself then you are not learning from it. Sometimes it’s okay to give up on something or someone. Not because you lost hope but that in hopes of letting it go, greater things will follow and whatever that is clouding your judgment will be made clear.
There’s nothing sadder than someone who lives life in fear and avoidance. So whatever comes your way, you are tough enough to push through and reach the destination you have in mind!
